Some of the imported bearings in the warehouse are not standardized or have no outer packaging, ranging from a few yuan to a set of three or four thousand yuan. These bearings are exposed on the shelves, and the temperature of the warehouse is high. The butter originally applied to the bearings for lubrication and maintenance has been dried, which accelerates the rust of the
bearings and will affect the use of our products. In response to this situation, the supply organization organizes the cleaning and maintenance of these bearings.
Maintenance is divided into the following steps:
1. First put the bearing into the gasoline to clean, wipe off the sludge and dust left on the bearing. All the rusted bearings are gently wiped with metallographic sandpaper until there is no rough feeling by hand.
2. Dry the cleaned bearing with a dry rag and place it in anti-rust oil. In this process, the bearing should be completely in contact with the anti-rust oil, and the bearing should not be rotated, so that the oil film formed by the anti-rust oil can cover the surface of the bearing to achieve the purpose of anti-rust.
3, the next use of lithium grease? With butter? Need to be evenly applied to the surface of the bearing, including the inner and outer rings, wheels, cage. And it is to rotate the
bearing while wiping, so that the butter really enters the inside of the bearing and fully lubricates.
4. The last process is packaging. In order to save costs, we “turn waste into treasure”, cut the cement packaging bags that have been scrapped in the warehouse into suitable packaging bags, pack and pack the bearings, mark the bearing specifications and put them back on the shelves.
