1. Must be installed in dry, clean environment. Care should be taken to check the quality of the parts before installation. All mating joint surfaces must be carefully cleaned and burred removed, and the unmachined surface of the casting must be cleaned of sand.

2. Before installation, it should be cleaned with gasoline or kerosene, used after drying, and ensure good lubrication. The bearings are generally greased or oil lubricated.

3. When installing, it is necessary to apply equal pressure on the circumference of the end face of the ferrule, press the ferrule into it, and do not directly hit with the tool to avoid damage to the bearing.

4. In the case of small interference, the end face of the bearing ring can be pressed with a sleeve at normal temperature, the sleeve is tapped with a hammer, and the ring is evenly pressed through the sleeve. If it is installed in large quantities, a hydraulic press can be used. When pressing in, ensure that the end face of the outer ring and the shoulder end face of the outer casing, the end face of the inner ring and the end face of the shoulder of the shaft are pressed tightly, and no gap is allowed.

5. When the interference is large, it can be installed by oil bath heating or inductor heating bearing method. The heating temperature range is 80°C-100°C, and the maximum temperature cannot exceed 120°C. At the same time, the bearing is tightened using a nut or other suitable means to prevent the bearing from shrinking in the width direction after cooling and creating a gap between the ferrule and the shoulder.

6. After the installation, the rotation test should be carried out. Firstly, it should be used for rotating shaft or bearing box. If there is no abnormality, it will run without load and low speed with power, then gradually increase the rotation speed and load according to the running condition, and detect noise, vibration and temperature. Lit, found abnormal, should stop running and check. It can be delivered after the operation test is normal.
